V2 MathJax questions & CSV storage

• questions are now displayed as text and processed by MathJax to render LaTeX code
• questions and other data is now stored in csv files, stored in /data/
• only corrections remain stored as pdf files
• feature to upload a .tex or .pdf file to suggest a correction instead of typing in the LaTeX code
