Integrate the Python console messages with the C++-side Boost logging setup, if possible. Or mimic its functionality, if not. To include different verbosity levels, and logging to a file, rather than to the console.

See #95 for the C++ side.

Moving this to 0.9.x as it's more involved than what we want for 0.7.x right now.
