Option to disable in game updates

It would be a nice addition to include and option to disable live score updating to prevent spoilers. Show "Game in Progress" & "Time Remaining". If I'm watching, pausing or recording games I don't want spoilers. I understand I can accomplish with card mod, but I'd rather rely on your eye for great design. Thanks for the great work.
