Implement seqvars filtration view

In #1737, we implememented the seqvars Django backend with presets models and backend. We are lacking any frontend for running the queries. #1740 has the storybook for the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement the view and required nested components.

• Initial implementation of stores based on API client generated from OpenAPI schema. #1765
• Implement view and components and refine stores based on necessary steps. This will rely on a backend that does not actually call the worker for now. #1766
