Description

This pull request addresses issue #2436 by implementing SIP URI validation in the library.

Changes Made

  • Added a new validation function for SIP URIs.
  • Included comprehensive test cases to verify the functionality of the validation.
  • Updated the documentation to reflect the new feature.
