- 650 g Munich malt II
- 200 g 2-row malt
- 200 g toasted rye flakes
- 6 g Northern Brewer
- 6 g Centennial
- Escarpment Laboratories American Ale
- TBD
- Mash 4 L at 73 °C for 1 hour (it should stay at 67 °C)
- Drain into mash tun
- Add 4 L at 76 °C for 15 minutes into the mash
- Drain into mash tun
- Boil for 1 hour
- At 0 minutes, add 6 g Saaz
- At 55 minutes, add the lavender
- Cool down to 20 °C
- Syphon into carboy
- Add yeast and gently mix
- Brewing: 2022-XX-XX (10XX OG)
- Dry hop:
- Bottling: 2022-XX-XX (10XX FG, X%)
- Tasting:
