Currently, when running the CI workflow, only the ubuntu cache gets saved. Windows and MacOs throw the following error:

Warning: Path Validation Error: Path(s) specified in the action for caching do(es) not exist, hence no cache is being saved.

Other people seem to be having this issue: actions/setup-node#801
