proteins in VO

VO contains many organism specific proteins. Some of them are available in Protein Ontology. We may consider to replace VO terms with PR ones. For example,

• VO: human protein can replace with PR: Homo sapiens protein
• VO: human serum albumin can replace with PR: albumin (human)

For those not in PR yet, we can consider submitting the NTRs to PR. Or update the organism specific protein terms in VO following PR approach:

• using logic axiom to specify the organism, only_in_taxon some organism
• naming the term as Protein_name (Organism_name)
