VIO: Vaccine Investigation Ontology
VIO is an VO-extended ontology with the aim to standardize the metadata types in various vaccine investigation studies.
VIO has been deposited on the Ontobee: http://www.ontobee.org/ontology/VIO.
VIO and its usage in studying Yellow Fever vaccine-induced host response were presented in the VDOS-2018 workshop: https://sites.google.com/site/vdosworkshop/VDOS-2018.
