Try with input

archimate #Technology "VPN Server" as vpnServerA <<technology-device>>

rectangle GO #lightgreen
rectangle STOP #red
rectangle WAIT #orange
@enduml

Results in an error; but not an diagram.

Input works on live server on plantuml.com but not in plantuml-server
