提供 fhs-install-v2ray 安装的同时, 希望也提供离线安装包。
在此下载包中也提供 install 相关文件

使用 安装脚本 需要大量下载，而此 release 包却拥有大量内容。
如果在其中直接提供 install 脚本，相当于离线安装
