关于转发代理问题

我的目的是PC->ss->socks5，但是在通过本地端口10808 请求的时候，得到如下日志：

SS 服务器端没有收到请求，所以没日志。

按照文档中的下面这句话：

两次加密后的数据包被发送到了 Shadowsocks 服务器

应该是将请求发往 2.2.2.2:456 才对，可是这里看起来是本地跟 1.1.1.1:123 建立连接。在我将上面两 outbound 调换位置后：

看出来 outbound 调换顺序后，请求出现了变化。
所以不知道应该如何设置代理转发，请帮忙解答，Thanks♪(･ω･)ﾉ
