pointer move misfires on Chrome for Nexus 7 tablet

This is true for all touch events where touch position is coming in at an offset amount. On the Nexus 7, the mouse coords in the Event object are always off by hundreds of pixels. Chrome for android has weird values for document/window/screen width and height, so this issue will require testing which is most accurate
