Player model swap save feature

Is it possible to add save feature for the player model swap?

GrinchTrainer is now working perfectly for player custom skin while keeping the fat/ muscle function as well as the animation set changing function, which make the custom skin way more immersive!

Wonder if it is possible to make this function one step further that allows player to save a chosen skin so that no need to change skin every time after loading?
