The pallet-contracts contains functionality that enables sudo/governance to force-overwrite the contract code of a particular AccountId.

There will eventually be some mishap with a contract on some chain and we introduced a way to force-replace a contract with paritytech/substrate#11451.

We should add an FAQ point "How to ask sudo/governance to force-replace my contract?" that explains how to do this. Ideally with screenshots.
