[Single Project][Windows] Colour not showing for SVG

Current behavior

For windows Unpackaged and Packaged , The colour are not showing for Uno platform. Its for all SVG file which are being shown added in the csproj

Expected behavior

All the svgs should be shown for windows with proper colour as for all the other platforms.
Its showing for all platforms except Windows.

For example in Android

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

I created the app using Blank Templates using VS.
Unzip the file and start creating the app
Run for Windows Unpackaged and Packaged.
