Sc9: Install-ScDatabases does not add users to DB #3

For all databases configured in the connectionstrings.config which are not Sitecore DBs (and thus not created via SIF), no user is created.

Are there reasons, to not support integrated security, even for SIF-installed DBs when working on local dev?

Suggestion: either switch to integrated security for all connections or add user creation support to Install-ScDatabases for non default DBs.
