uGet is unable to download some pdf files

I have set my Brave browser to download all pdf files when I click their link.
When I clicked on the link, the pdf files used to appear in the Brave downloader.

I installed uGet+extension+integrator today.

Now the pdf downloads have stopped appearing in Brave downloader.
But I am facing three different kinds of problems, as explained below:

Problem-1:
Some pdf files listed at Google Scholar cannot be downloaded using uGet.
uGet neither pops up the download dialog nor downloads the file silently.
The download queue shows a red (-) icon in front of such entries.
For example-
https://www.rbnz.govt.nz/-/media/ReserveBank/Files/Publications/Bulletins/1999/1999sep62-3reddell.pdf

Problem-2:
If I click on some pdf links, uGet pops up its download dialog instead of downloading silently.
For example,
https://www.bankofengland.co.uk/-/media/boe/files/speech/1997/the-inflation-target-five-years-on.pdf

Problem-3
If I right-click on the link, and select Download with uGet option in the context menu, uGet pops up the download dialog.
It fails to download the file silently according to my setting.

Relevant information:
I have set uGet to monitor the clipboard silently.
I have set uGet extension to always interrupt pdf files.

I have enabled Clipboard monitoring and Clipboard works quietly checkboxes in uGet.

My setup:
Browser: Brave browser [Version 1.45.118 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91]
OS: Windows 10 Home, 64 bit.
uGet 2.2.3 (32-bit)
uGet Chrome extension 2.1.3
uGet integrator 1.0.0.1
Laptop: Acer Aspire A315-53
Processor: i3-8130U CPU
RAM: 12 GB
