Why not to use Docker, we can have the same results with something more easily and less headaches

I made a quick setup for docker:
https://github.com/michal-wrzosek/fullstack-nanodegree-vm

Things I added:

Dockerfile for python container:
https://github.com/michal-wrzosek/fullstack-nanodegree-vm/blob/master/Dockerfile

docker-compose with python, postgres, redis and adminer (some simple db gui):
https://github.com/michal-wrzosek/fullstack-nanodegree-vm/blob/master/Dockerfile

Some very simple python webapp that checks if connection with postgres and redis works:
https://github.com/michal-wrzosek/fullstack-nanodegree-vm/blob/master/app/app.py

And some initial sql to be run on the postgres to set all up:
