I think it could be quite useful to add a new view to the UI for Bounty Hunters to be able to edit their information within our Bounty database. Although we are making an active effort to allow the comments section on GitHub Issues to act as a user interface, it could be nice for a more traditional graphical user interface to be hosted on our website for all sorts of things.

The top example I can think of is to allow Bounty Hunters to configure their wallet address, and perhaps even download a record of all of their payments.

Beyond that it could be nice for recruiters to be able to enter a GitHub username so that we can associate them, and give the recruiter their cut. This should only be valid for Bounty Hunters which have not already solved bounties.

Now we can add a new section that shows who you have been recruited by as well.
