[CONTRACTS] - Automating raiseCapital()

I mentioned this to Ben some time ago but it was never implemented due to priorities.

We should have a simple contract that allows us to sell uBONDs.

We have a setter for the bonus rate (e.g. preseed was 1.5, seed was 1.25) and it accepts something like 3CRV (which technically means it can accept USDC, USDT, and DAI) and will automatically do the process of four year lockup, mint and transfer the LP tokens + uBONDs.

There's a couple of benefits to this:

1. Frictionless/trustless capital raising.
2. Gas fee savings for the DAO.

Ecosystem wide premiums per asset

We can associate premium rate per asset, ecosystem wide.

The idea is that we're essentially buying stablecoins with our Ubiquity Credits (aka right to access future seignorage) we should set the prices ecosystem wide across all of our products. Dynamic pricing seems like a more intelligent approach, and the most advanced concept we have to build off of for this is the "Olympus Style Bonds" aka bond premiums (per asset.)

We could also consider nudging the premium from the market price (could be manipulated?) by creating uCR-STABLE Uniswap markets and use them as oracles. This way we can determine, if for example, the market deems that 1 uCR should trade for 0.01 LUSD at that moment. This can signal to our ecosystem's monetary policy (uCR-STABLE pricing) that there's something amiss

Example

Let's say at this snapshot in time of this scenario, the "Olympus Style Bonds" premiums are as follows.

• uAD-USDC = 10%
• uAD-DAI = 15%
• uAD-LUSD = 20%

Lets say the premium is the highest for the uAD-LUSD bond at the given moment (sell $1000 of uAD-LUSD liquidity to our bonds program and receive $1200 worth of uCR, which means a 20% premium.)

Let's say a user wants to mint new uAD directly (and currently does not have uCR!)

We should allow this user to deposit LUSD in this "raise capital" contract (name/branding TBD.) There will be three different functions:

1. depositForCredits() will simply accept 1000 LUSD and return 1200 uCR
2. depositForCreditsAndConvert() will accept 1000 LUSD, pass to depositForCredits and then automatically redeem those credits, which ideally should return 1200 uAD.

   May return a combination of uCR and uAD, e.g. 600 uCR and 600 uAD depending on credit redeemability at that moment.

3. depositForDollarsOnly() will accept LUSD, redeem the max amount into uAD, and return the difference in LUSD

   For example, deposit 1000 LUSD, redeem-&-return 500 uAD, and return 600 LUSD (remember the 20% premium, each uCR costs 0.8 LUSD)

Remarks

We are now able to raise collateral in the form of liquidity paired with our dollar (bonds) and direct collateral asset (this)

• I wonder if we should have a different premium offset for this (maybe lower than bonds, as idle collateral is less useful than active collateral e.g. in a market paired with our dollar)
