Download Results JSON for a given deliverable

In order to deal with deadlines that are different for every lab section, we need access to the results of all the tests that classy ran for a given deliverable. Reid suggested that it appear on the Config page and could look like:

But with a button label like "Download Results JSON".

This is a feature request that looks very convenient. At the moment, Elisa is requesting this data from us, which is exported by the tech staff manually.

The tech staff have an export utility that runs in the console, but the export utility does not seem the most user-friendly compared to this idea.

We can start by exporting the results data, and if more tables are requested down the road, then it can be added in at a later time. The course instructors can also consider adding data to the result custom property to help support their analytics.
