close #128

title problem solve:need silent! at execute b:undo_ftplugin.

And another PR kana/vim-textobj-function#20 : This PR is direct fix in current problem plugin.
This PR prevents unlet no bang in unknown plugins.

Thanks for PR.
But I have no enough time to take a look at this.

And I can't determine this PR is going right way.
:silent! hides some useful errors/warnings.
I haven't understand timing issue of #128 yet.
Please wait a little.
