Publish snapshots for all scala versions

Is there a way to publish snapshots for all Scala versions? Currently, a snapshot is published only for 2.13.8.

I need to use a cross-published snapshot in typelevel/keypool#396.

I assume, sbt-typelevel is capable of doing so. Unfortunately, I cannot spot the required setting.

Hm, I guess I misconfigured the resolver. I was using the legacy sonatype host. Thank you for the clarification.
