• WIP: s/natchez/otel4s/g rossabaker/natchez-http4s-otel#1: Was blocked on propagation. A colleague has claimed this one. If it works, we can open issue upstream for how best to publish it.

Made a bit more progress on natchez-http4s-otel, found the interaction between Tracer[F] and Http[G, F] to be too much for the invariant system we have working here. Tracer wants to work in F, but http may be in G. And forcing HttpApp would mean you can't choose not to trace some routes(definitely debatable). Additionally the lack of ability to interact with headers means the http layer would need a system to be aware of the propagation strategy. I went b3, but it's super arbitrary.

I just tagged v0.2.1 with @christiankjaer's fix. We'll keep this as the discussion.
