Issue with the 'Docs' button functionality in the top menu.

Bug Description

I have noticed 3 issues with the Docs drop down button on the navbar.

• The dropdown menu for Docs is misaligned when the page is scrolled down. It appears in an incorrect position relative to the button. (Screenshot 1)
• Clicking the button causes the page to scroll to the top, making the dropdown menu invisible to the user.
• The dropdown menu only closes when the cursor moves away from it. It should also close when the user clicks the button again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the main page
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Click on the Docs button.

Expected behavior

• The dropdown menu for Docs should appear at the correct position relative to the button even if the page is scrolled down.
• Clicking the dropdown should open the menu instead of scrolling upwards.
• Dropdown should also close when someone clicks on the dropdown.

Technical inputs

• Probably fixable with CSS
