Docker 504 GraphQL

I'm trying to implement TwentyCRM in my company but it's not cooperating with me :D I tried to install it with https://twenty.com/developers/section/self-hosting/docker-compose but there was a problem with migrating the db so I needed to ssh to containter and run migrations myself.
Then I assumed that it is working as I was able to log in and add come data. But I was wrong. I'm getting 504 on qraphql requests from time to time and it is so frequent that CRM is unusable at the moment.
I was able to migrate the db as I have some NextJS knowledge but I have no experience at all in graphql so to be honest I do not know what should I check.

All I did was restarting Docker and it did not help :(
