I'm having trouble reproducing this one. What browser/device are you using?

I can reproduce it with Chrome on Nexus 7 and on Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini.
I can also reproduce this issue using Chrome 33 on Windows 7 and emulating the touch events

Missing close icon and label of the modal with Chrome 33.0.1750.136 on Android 4.1.1.
But when I toggle the keyboard the icon and label is shown.

@wenzhixin I believe this is still the same issue that was fixed in #440.
