Updates to mini-apps scripts for recent CuSan and LB2 cluster changes

Need to adapt scripts for the mini-apps to handle the following.

For the Lichtenberg cluster

• Compiling mini-apps with CuSan requires environment flags to be set:

   export NEOReadDebugKeys=1
   export DisableDeepBind=1

• Executing them requires:

   export OMPI_MCA_memory=^patcher

CUDA + Clang version

Due to CuSan Clang-18 update, may require additonal compile flags?:
-fPIC --std=c++17 -D__STRICT_ANSI__
