I still use it from time to time under Ubuntu 15.10, especially the File Type Manager. Most other features are available in the newer and more active Unity Tweak Tool, but there are still a few more features which make Ubuntu Tweak still worth keeping installed ;-)

Come on @tualatrix , make this great tool leaner ( more sustainable ;-) abandon some not-so-crucial features like Apps, and keep it running please :-)

The latest package for Ubuntu Trusty cannot be installed under Ubuntu Xenial (16.04 LTS) but no problem. It's only because one of the dependencies, i.e. gir1.2-vte-2.90 no longer exists as it has been replaced with gir1.2-vte-2.91 and merely making this little change in the debian control file of the package does the trick. The renewed package can be downloaded from here:

I made PPA repository for xenial version, and disabled Apps section:
https://launchpad.net/~trebelnik-stefina/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntu-tweak
Type in terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:trebelnik-stefina/ubuntu-tweak
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
