Ubuntu Tweak don't start

Distro: Ubuntu 13.04 (32-bit) with GNOME 3 PPA

Issue: Ubuntu Tweak don't start. If i launch in a terminal i have this:

Same with stable PPA of Ubuntu Tweak. If i run in a terminal:

marco@ubuntu:~$ ubuntu-tweak
