Does Shovill support bash for running multiple fastq input files

I made a script (FILENAME:shovill.sh.png), i have saved the text file as 'shovill.sh' with permission to allow it as an executable program. I activated shovill environment since i am using conda and ran 'bash shovill.sh' in the terminal. But i am having errors(FILENAME:shovillerror.png). Dose Shovill allows this feature? Or do we have to run each assembly individually or let's say, running multiple shovill runs in multiple terminals simultaneously depending on our CPU cores.
Note: Prokka, Abricate does allow bash scripting to run all input files simultaneously.
