some sound mods I've used before mint don't work now with mint

for example: I had this mod (https://mod.io/g/drg/m/metal-bar-power-attack#3477184) and it was fine, but when I started using mint, there was no sound of power attack at all, but other power attack sound mods work fine. Same with some other sound and music mods:

i dont really think its mod compatbility issue, because i tried using ONLY one music mod and it didnt work too

I experienced the same issue with a different music mod (https://mod.io/g/drg/m/touhou-ost-to-drg) but uninstalling and reinstalling DRG resolved the issue. I uninstalled all mods through mint before uninstalling DRG but I'm not sure if it was a necessary step or not.
