Output data structure

Based on idea of @peterdesmet while discussing on this topic with @amyjsdavis and I.

All figures should be organized as follows:

data/processed/taxonKey/figure_name.extension

where

• taxonKey is the taxon key as mentioned in GBIF and data cube
• figure_name should include the type of model consistently

Any further suggestion, question or thoughts are welcome.

@amyjsdavis : it seems that the output is now stored in directory data/results instead of data/processed as discussed in this issue. And also the subdirectory plants should not be there, I think? Use instead the taxon key as discussed above. In this way we know which taxa are tackled. I think dividing them by kingdom is not really relevant.

@damianooldoni : sorry, somehow I missed this. I changed the subdirectory to data/processed and will not subdivide them by kingdom.
