Problems

The current tool and sdk imports are inconsistent, confusing, and not documented outside of package.json.

Also, the main package containing all of the stdlib tools is not a great future-proof solution as we add more and more tools.

Lastly, the @agentic/stdlib package is quite heavy at the moment.

Solution

Move each tool and sdk into their own minimal package.

Example:

  • core
    • @agentic/core
  • sdks
    • @agentic/ai
    • @agentic/langchain
    • etc
  • tools
    • @agentic/twitter
    • @agentic/wikidata
    • @agentic/github
    • etc
