[Suggestion] Body Rotation Locking only in First Person

It can look a bit awkward in third-person view to see yourself and other players unable to turn their heads, though this does provide a less obstructed view when using the First Person mod. It would be nice if we could get a config option to only apply rotation locking to yourself in first-person mode!
