Hello, is there a solution to this problem?
Some of them have a hollow surface, some of them have irrelevant colors mixed with each other, or some of them look like they are not 3d, I have all of them in the ss I sent.

Hm weird, please send the skin for me to check of there is a non-fully transparent pixel there. The 2d layer being weird and sometimes still be visible should be fixed with the next release too. (Potentially try https://github.com/tr7zw/3d-Skin-Layers/actions/runs/11131331577 by downloading it via the "Artifacts" link at the bottom, it might fix a few issues and adding a "compatibility mode" in the settings that renders differently.

Has there been an update, especially with the latest release/compatibility mode?
