mockitopp needs to support link-time mocks for global functions like cgreen does #5

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

We have a mixed C/C++ codebase, with lots of C-style global functions. 
Currently, we have to use cgreen's link-time mocking style for those and 
mockitopp's mocking style for class-based mocking.

We want to be able to use mockitopp for both global-function mocks and 
class-based mocking.
