Allow to create a type from a custom size #92

E.g if i have a type whose size is 128 bits or 256 bits, there should be a api to make it right?

Even if it could be represented as a struct of 2 64bits, it would be wrong because the alignment on some platforms wouldnt be 16 but 8 for example
