File as-bind.ts not found

Hello,
I'm giving a try to webassembly, so I'm a total newbee.
My stack is react 18.2 (CRA) with assemblyscript (0.24.0) ans as-bind (0.8.2)
I tried to build with this command in my package.json
asc assembly/index.ts --exportRuntime as-bind
And i'm getting the following error:
ERROR TS6054: File 'as-bind.ts' not found.
And can't find anywhere any response on what I'm doing wrong.
Here is the content of my as-bond node modules.
