Question about first time visitors

Hello, this addon is great! I just have a quick question...

First time visitors, after the polling interval... should see the notification to reload? In my logic, that's unexpected, because in this particular case the sw.js they registered when they first enter (just now), is the last up-to-date sw.js

This is happening to me now, and well I just want to be sure its the expected behavior

Hi! No this behavior is not intended and I haven't observed this in my application 🤔

New behavior in 3.0.0:

• if there is an update when the page loads, a notification may be presented (update available).
• if there is no update when the page loads, the service will poll for updates and then show the update available component content
