When an image does not exist or has a broken link how can I show a default image.

When fetching an image, and an error occurs, the css class .img-lazy--error will be set on the element. Is that enough? Otherwise we'd have to implement an action which will be triggered on fetching errors.

I've had a look at the .img-lazy--error class and it seems to be working as one expects, however it is as though I can see a flash of a broken image on browsers like safari.

Testing on Safari on my Macbook. Broken images do not get the class img-lazy--error instead they get img-lazy--loaded

Safari version: Version 12.0 (14606.1.36.1.9)
