  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR fixes the failure of the GitHub Actions run due to the absence of the DATABASE_URL in the environment. The issue was occurring when the pnpm turbo run checkAndReportChatsUsage command was executed, which depends on the @typebot.io/prisma#db:generate command. The db:generate command checks for the DATABASE_URL in the environment and exits the process if it's not found.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the GitHub Actions workflow file .github/workflows/main.yml to include the DATABASE_URL as an environment variable in the step where the pnpm turbo run checkAndReportChatsUsage command is executed. The value of the DATABASE_URL is set to a secret stored in the GitHub repository settings.

This change ensures that the DATABASE_URL is available in the environment when the pnpm turbo run checkAndReportChatsUsage command is executed, preventing the error from occurring.
