Fix GitHub Actions run by adding DATABASE_URL environment variable

  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR fixes the GitHub Actions run failure for the command pnpm turbo run checkAndReportChatsUsage. The issue was caused by the DATABASE_URL environment variable not being found when running the db:generate script in the @typebot.io/prisma package.

The DATABASE_URL environment variable is now defined in the GitHub Actions workflow file, and its value is fetched from the GitHub Actions secrets.

Summary of Changes

• Modified .github/workflows/main.yml to define the DATABASE_URL environment variable for the job that runs the pnpm turbo run checkAndReportChatsUsage command.
