The xcworkspace_tool_.rb depends on the ruby gem xcodeproj which currently must be installed manually through a gem install xcodeproj. See https://github.com/CocoaPods/Xcodeproj.

Either document this external requirement, create a Gemfile to control it and run it through bundler, or auto install the gem.
