Please describe your idea.
We should add "Splinter" to RAT_NAMES in src/panel/pets/rat.ts to stick with the TMNT theme. Also, we should add "Remi" from Ratatouille. 🐀

Describe how the idea would be helpful
Adding the names listed above would be more inclusive of famous rats from TV.
