[Feature Request] Add bulk delete , needed on automated context #402

On automated environments, could be needed usually these actions, understanding that each device product has its config exported as templates.

device operations

Add new devices = Import devices online ( already supported )
Restart devices online = hard reset devices online ( already supported )
Stop gathering data from a device = deactivate device (already supported)

Product Operations

import new product config = import config templates ( already supported )
change current product config = change config templates ( already supported)
remove product config = delete config templates ( NOT SUPPORTED)

In this context we need add a way to remove config templates , this is a bulk delete .
