User Story
As a local resident, I want to see photos from past events so that I can get a sense of what the events are like.

Acceptance Criteria

The homepage or a dedicated gallery page displays a section with photos from past events.
The photo gallery is responsive and looks good on all main device sizes.

Tasks

Add a section on the homepage or create a dedicated gallery page for photos from past events.
Populate the gallery with sample photos from past events.
Apply Bootstrap classes to create a visually appealing layout for the photo gallery.
