Description

https://github.com/tokio-rs/axum/blob/main/axum/CHANGELOG.md doesn't include the changes for the 0.8.1 version of axum which was released two weeks ago.

There were no changes, the only one is removal of a warning about breaking changes in README. However, release is the only way to update the README on crates.io or update docs.rs.

It's true we might mention it in the changelog to make it clearer.
