All numbers are flagged as Emojis

Plain numbers are being recognised as emojis

To Reproduce
findAll on "0123456789" returns all the numeric keypad emojis (0️⃣ and friends)

Expected behavior
Numbers shouldn't be recognised as emojis.

I'm having a similar problem where all the number symbols are not removed when using RemoveAll 0️⃣1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣8️⃣ 9️⃣🔟, which is obviously incorrect!
